HCSA Teen Program (Ages 13–18)
A core–system based emotional wellness pathway supporting adolescents in building inner safety, emotional regulation, confidence, and clearer decision-making during critical developmental years.
HCSA Child Program (Ages 7–12) (by assessment)
A gentle, regulation-focused pathway supporting emotional awareness and nervous system development, delivered in partnership with caregivers.
