Quyen (Quinn) Trinh, also known as Q, is a Certified Hypnotherapist, EQ Practitioner, and Transformational Coach, dedicated to guiding individuals through one of life’s most profound journeys: coming home to themselves.
Her path has been anything but conventional, moving across cultures, industries, and inner landscapes. With a journey shaped by both Eastern traditions and Western practices over the past two decades, she brings a rare global perspective to her work, one that honors depth, diversity, and integration.
Q’s approach bridges science-backed methods with intuitive practices of transformation, helping clients release outdated patterns, navigate transitions, and build resilience. Her calm, grounded presence creates a space where people feel deeply seen and supported in their evolution.
As the founder of Q Total Wellness, Q offers private sessions, group journeys, and experiential workshops, supporting individuals at the crossroads of emotional, professional, and spiritual change. Her work is not only about healing old wounds, but about nurturing wholeness and guiding people back to a place of inner safety, resilience, and self-acceptance.
Philosophy
Q believes that true transformation does not come from trying to “fix” oneself, but from cultivating the safety to truly face one’s own being. To Q, every person already carries the wisdom they need; the work lies in gently removing the layers of adaptation, expectation, and protection to remember who we are at the core. This process is much like the rhythm of nature: there are seasons of blossoming and expansion, and seasons of slowing down, resting, and nourishing from within. It calls for curiosity instead of judgment, presence instead of constant productivity, and the courage to feel before the urge to explain.
The Space
Many people turn to Q when old strategies no longer serve them, when outward success no longer reflects inner fulfillment, or when life appears “fine” yet something deeper is calling. In the space Q holds, forgotten questions find their way back, questions of belonging, identity, meaning, and living authentically in a changing world. For Q, growth does not come from quick fixes, but from cultivating a profound relationship with oneself, with one’s own life story, and with those who walk alongside as witnesses. This is not only a space for healing, but for conscious evolution, a place where one is deeply seen, supported, and guided back to wholeness.
